Final June Bugs Parade!

As we come to the end of another month, we close yet another daily listing challenge club, the June Bugs will be buzzing off to make room for the July Jewels!

Considering we are in the middle of an economic cash flow problem, the June Bugs did amazingly well with over 800 collective sales for the whole month, and each sale was celebrated with bug boogies galore.

So to see the June Bugs off in style, I thought I would show some of my favourite items from today's listings, all colourful, gorgeous, bright and precious.

Please click on the pictures to really appreciate these items in all their bug boogie glory.

May I start with my own listing today, very fitting which I thought for the June Bugs, a bumble bag!

Beautiful pink glass pendant creation!

Beautiful embroidery!

Stunning Bead work!

Gorgeous fabric creations!

Another Spectacular bug, this time a pretty steampunk butterfly.

Stunning stained glass coasters, almost to pretty to put a glass on.

Perfect earrings for the Gemstone lover!

I hope you have enjoyed looking through these bug-tastic finds from Folksy today and over the whole month, looking forward to treasures and jewels in July!

Curios Give-Away!

Mix and Match Curios Give-Away!

It's been a while since I did a blog give-away, and now I am also on Facebook, it seems the perfect time to do another.

Therefore, my give-away is for a £20.00 voucher to spend in my NOfkantsCurios shop on folksy, on anything you would like, go for one item, or mix and match its up to you.

Keep the voucher for yourself, or give it to a friend, the only stipulation being that the voucher is only redeemable in NOfkantsCurios shop on Folksy.

You will receive a voucher with £20.00 on it, or if you want to split the prize, I can email out in multiples of £5.00 to the total value of £20.00.

So what do you have to do to take part in the Blog Give-away, 'simples' as Alexander the Meerkat would say:

1. Be a follower of my Blog.

2. Visit my shop and tell me, in the comments below, which item is your favourite and most importantly why.

3. If you're on facebook, a like for my Facebook page would be lovely too. The link is in the top corner of my Blog page.

Could not be easier!

So, for those not familiar with my Folksy Curios shop, it is a complete mish mash of all my crafting loves and passions, I can't seem stick to one medium, so I have featured just a few examples below to give you some idea, but there is so much more.

Gemstone Keyrings or Handbag charms if you prefer.

Unique Knitted and crocheted clothing and accessories, for the young and young at heart alike.

Fossil and mineral specimens, and fossil crafts.

Embroidered Pictures, ACEO's and accessories, such as brooches and hair accessories.

Gemstone Jewellery

Unique Knitted and crocheted handbags in a variety of styles and hues.

The Blog give-away will close at 1.oo pm (GMT) on Friday the 1st of July, and the winning entry will be chosen, by some imaginative way invented by one of my children and posted on the blog, that evening.

Good luck and I look forward to reading all your entries!

Folksy Friday! Musical Harmony!

Musical Harmony!

After the recent ups and down in the folksy forums, with threads moving into differing forums from their normal home situation, and the upset and confusion that it caused all round, I felt there a little harmony and music would be a good idea to calm the nerves and bring us back into the flow and rhythm needed for artistic endeavours, so please be soothed by these wonderful folksy finds, all with a musical theme.

Harmonious Feature Gallery!

Please click on the pictures to sing and dance your way over to these lovely Folksy shops and enjoy the lilt and wave of these beautiful items, fitting into the rhythm and the beat as appropriate to your particular musical tastes.
